Description

You will lead initiatives for developing and modifying investment products in a regulated financial environment. The role focuses on analyzing legal and regulatory changes, defining their impact on products, processes, and customer service, and coordinating end-to-end implementation with IT and other teams. You will also maintain product documentation and track the results of changes after launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and modification initiatives for investment products

• Analyze legal and regulatory changes and assess impact on products, processes, and customer support

• Coordinate implementation end-to-end: define assumptions and requirements, deliver system and process changes, and launch solutions

• Work with IT teams to define and implement changes in supporting systems

• Prepare and update product documentation, procedures, and internal rules for offered products

• Collaborate with business and support functions, especially IT, Compliance, Legal, and Operations

• Coordinate with external vendors/partners involved in product development or servicing

• Participate in analyses of how the offer works and monitor effects of implemented changes

• Identify process improvement areas and initiate actions to increase efficiency of product processes

• Plan and coordinate initiative workstreams to meet deadlines

• Represent the product perspective in cross-organization projects

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Experience managing or developing products in the financial sector (banking, investment, or related)

• Practical knowledge of investment products and related servicing processes

• Experience leading projects covering product and regulatory change implementations

• Ability to independently execute regulatory change end-to-end: interpret legal changes, perform impact analysis, define requirements, and implement

• Experience bridging business and IT; translating business and regulatory needs into system requirements

• Ability to work with many stakeholder groups and coordinate items requiring multiple organizational areas

• Knowledge of financial institution processes and operating realities

• Strong organization, independence, and ability to handle several related topics simultaneously

• Analytical mindset and ability to propose practical solutions
