Description

You will be responsible for ECM/DMS projects from analysis and solution concept through implementation. The work includes planning and implementing ECM solutions based on d.velop documents, configuring and customizing systems, integrating interfaces, and supporting tests and go-lives. You will also lead presales workshops and provide training and demos, serving as a long-term technical point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own ECM/DMS projects end-to-end: analysis, concept, and implementation
• Collaborate with customer business teams to build solutions that work in daily operations
• Plan and implement ECM solutions based on d.velop documents and internal DMS solutions
• Handle configuration, customizing, interface integration, and support of tests and go-lives
• Analyze existing processes and design digital workflows that reduce media breaks and improve measurable productivity
• Provide long-term customer guidance as the first technical point of contact for the ECM landscape
• Support presales activities, including requirement evaluation and estimation of scope/effort
• Run workshops, trainings, and demos; prepare content so stakeholders understand and adopt solutions successfully

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in ECM/DMS environments, ideally with d.velop (d.velop documents, d.3)
• Technical affinity and initial exposure to .NET, C#, HTML, and/or JavaScript
• Process-oriented thinking with the ability to structure complex requirements into implementable concepts
• Strong communication skills and confident, authentic appearance with customers (remote and on-site)
• Fluent German in speech and writing
