Description

Lead digitalization and automation projects in the development department, identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce development lead times.

Drive the introduction and continuous advancement of automation tools with a specific focus on AI tools, collaborating closely with R&D, IT, Corporate Strategy, and Project Management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for automation topics, support employees and external partners, and design processes and guidelines to ensure efficient and secure AI use across development and other business areas.

Requirements

• Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline

• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Manufacturing, Automation, Robotics, or Production Technology

• First experience in planning and implementing improvement projects

• Entrepreneurial thinking with awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality

• Independent, goal-oriented, solution-focused work style plus excellent communication skills

• Strong verbal and written English; German at C1 level

• Desire to work collaboratively and drive future innovation

• Self-awareness and willingness to take the lead in your own development
