Description

You will administer hybrid identities and Microsoft 365 services, focusing on Active Directory administration, security hardening, and endpoint/device management. The role includes automation with PowerShell, applying least-privilege access concepts, and operating Microsoft Intune (including Windows Autopilot) and Microsoft Defender with Conditional Access and MFA. You will also support security incident handling, audits/risk analyses, and 2nd-level troubleshooting (including on-call duty).

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Active Directory environment and maintain hybrid identities; analyze and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Apply access and role concepts consistently according to least-privilege
  • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services, licenses, and tenant settings; document system configuration and disaster-recovery plans
  • Implement and operate Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot; manage software, patch, and update lifecycles; optimize and modernize the current environment
  • Administer Microsoft Defender; implement Conditional Access policies and multi-factor authentication; assess security alerts and develop measures to sustainably improve IT security
  • Assess IT security incidents, support audits and risk analyses, run IT security training, and advise specialist departments and project teams on secure implementations
  • Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd-level support, including during on-call/on-call readiness service

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or equivalent)
  • In-depth PowerShell knowledge for automation and operating/planning hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
  • Expertise in Microsoft Security and handling Windows operating systems and systems for attack/threat detection
  • Ideally, Microsoft certifications for M365, Entra ID, and Endpoint Management (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, AZ-104)
  • High commitment and strong digital competence
