Description

Define and develop ASIC RTL design and verification at both chip and block levels. You will create and execute design plans for complex digital designs with emphasis on DDR, PCIe, CXL, UAL, and UCIe, ensuring seamless integration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop ASIC RTL design and verification at chip and block levels.
• Create and execute design plans for complex digital designs focused on DDR, PCIe, CXL, UAL, and UCIe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and functionality.
• Use advanced digital design and verification methodologies and tools to deliver high-quality results.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• BSEE or BSCE plus 12 years of experience, or an advanced degree plus 10 years industry experience.
• Extensive ASIC RTL design experience.
• In-depth knowledge of DDR, PCIe, UAL, UCIe and similar IO protocols and applications.
• Proficiency in advanced digital design tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Leadership and mentoring capability.
