Description

Investigate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient, reliable service. Use large-scale data analytics and data science techniques to develop network insights and strategies that improve capacity, coverage, and overall performance. Automate data collection and reporting, and create dashboards with geolocated data to present information dynamically.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics and apply data science techniques to improve network capacity, coverage, and service

• Analyze network capacity and coverage and identify improvement opportunities

• Evaluate service performance trends and isolate root causes of impacted services

• Automate data collection, reports, visualization, and system updates

• Create dashboards and geolocate data for dynamic presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience (work and/or military experience)

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time
