Description

Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and complex workflow development. Build and maintain BeanShell and Java rules for pre- and post-provisioning logic, account correlation, and attribute transformation, including handling non-standard lifecycle events. Integrate onboarding connectors (REST/SOAP/JDBC), use the SailPoint Object API, troubleshoot IIQ performance, and perform backend troubleshooting and identity data validation using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex BeanShell and Java rules for account correlation, attribute transformation, and pre-/post-provisioning logic
• Design and implement custom workflows for emergency “kill-switch” terminations and multi-tier federal approval chains
• Lead application onboarding by building custom REST, SOAP, and JDBC connectors
• Integrate legacy government systems that lack out-of-the-box SailPoint support
• Use the SailPoint Object API to programmatically manage Identity Cubes, Roles, and Entitlements
• Troubleshoot and optimize IIQ platform performance using IIQ Console/Debug pages, XML configuration analysis, and task/workflow diagnostics
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate identity data and perform backend troubleshooting within the IIQ Identity Database
• Integrate with enterprise systems using APIs (JSON/XML) and support web server environments such as Tomcat and JBoss

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 3 years of professional Java development with deep expertise in BeanShell scripting and XML configuration
  OR 7+ years of professional Java development with the same technical expertise
• Public Trust security clearance (or higher), ability to obtain is required
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting experience
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML)
• Strong experience in web server environments (Tomcat, JBoss)

Benefits

• Pay range: $205,000 – $250,000 depending on experience and skill set
