Description

You will design and evolve SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, making architectural decisions, delivering advanced development, building integrations, and automating identity and access lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include creating workflows, rules, forms, and platform extensions; developing RBAC and attribute-based access assignment; and optimizing performance while supporting platform updates. You will also lead the development team, perform code reviews, and collaborate with business, security, and application owners during analysis, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture and define implementation standards
  • Design, maintain integrations, and connect new applications to IIQ
  • Build and develop workflow rules, forms, and platform extensions
  • Automate identity lifecycle processes, access granting/revoking, and access reviews
  • Develop RBAC model and attribute-based access assignment rules
  • Solve complex technical problems and optimize performance; participate in platform updates
  • Conduct code reviews; support developers and collaborate with business/security/application owners on change analysis, testing, and deployment
  • Manage a team of developers

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education in a technical field and/or specialized courses in IT systems architecture and enterprise architecture
  • 2 years of experience as an Architect on IT projects (or 4 years with secondary education as a Designer/Architect)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ including design, implementation, and product development
  • Very good knowledge of IdentityIQ architecture, object model, connector mechanisms, and workflow engine
  • Experience creating plugins and connectors
  • Integration experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Advanced programming in Java 17/21+ (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and BeanShell; knowledge of XML, JSON, PL/SQL, REST API
  • Very good Angular framework knowledge (version 16+) and TypeScript
  • Practical knowledge of Microservices, Modular Monolith, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS, and DDD
  • Experience managing performance of web applications
  • Practical knowledge of data aggregation/correlation mechanisms, Identity Refresh tasks, and account/access management processes
  • Experience with Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager: Joiner–Mover–Leaver, access request inference, approval paths, role management, and access reviews
  • Ability to design and implement integrations using Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, gRPC, and REST API
  • Practical knowledge of automation for build, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and assess proposals for security, performance, and system impact
