Description

Own delivery of multiple complex projects using formal project management techniques. Plan and track project schedules, costs, resources, and quality; manage risks/issues and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders. Provide project correspondence and presentations for status reporting and executive updates, ensuring documentation, change requests, approvals, and compliance gates are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple complex project deliveries using formal project management methods

• Plan and follow up on assigned projects (time scheduling, cost planning, resource management, quality assurance)

• Collaborate with internal partners to troubleshoot project planning issues

• Facilitate design, planning, and implementation workshops

• Proactively manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation/treatment plans

• Manage project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery

• Prepare correspondence and presentations for status reports and executive updates

• Track and manage project costs (actuals), including SOWs/Purchase Orders, contracts, and internal resource assignments

• Coordinate timely completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests

Requirements

• Fluency in English

• 2–5+ years of strong project delivery experience in large, complex global Finance/Insurance or regulated environments

• Strong management skills: project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation

• Excellent ability in project planning, budget/scoping/costing, and scheduling

• Proven capability to build and maintain business relationships with stakeholders

• Ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health for stakeholder presentations

• Ability to drive functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate unified step-change delivery

• Experience with agile and classic project management methods
