Description

Lead SAP HCM projects by planning, configuring, and integrating modular SAP HCM solutions, with a strong focus on Polish Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT). You will lead implementation and transformation work, support maintenance/service engagements, and collaborate with clients to define HR solution development strategies. The role also supports development in SAP SuccessFactors and integrations while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic SAP HCM implementation projects for Polish and international clients
• Act as project team lead / leading consultant
• Participate in SAP HCM maintenance and service projects
• Contribute to defining HR solution development strategy with clients
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM, especially Polish Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
• Led at least 2 SAP HCM implementation or transformation projects as a leading consultant
• Practical knowledge of PY and PT module functionality
• Knowledge of Polish HR processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and client relationship management skills
• Fluent Polish and English communication (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business (10–20% annually)
