Description

Lead the .NET backend of an AWS-based system, owning the technical direction and architecture rather than just maintaining legacy code. You will integrate AI features into a production SaaS platform (LLM models, generative tools, automation) and help scale them. The role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership, including 1:1s, team development, and code review.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and own .NET architecture for the system running on AWS
• Design smart integrations of AI capabilities (LLMs, generative tools, automation) into the existing product and address scalability
• Lead and develop developers (regular 1:1s, growth plans, participation in hiring)
• Stay close to the codebase through key engineering decisions and code reviews

Requirements

• Real-world projects in .NET and C#
• Strong technical knowledge and interest in ecosystem updates
• Willingness to program and contribute hands-on
• Curiosity to apply AI within .NET and cloud environments (AI expertise not required)
• Ability to communicate clearly with both developers and business stakeholders
• Daily English communication ability
• People leadership experience (preferred) or readiness to grow into leadership
