Description

You will install, operate, and administer HPE/Aruba networks and provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for standard and cloud applications, both remotely and on-site. You will manage Windows Server and client environments, contribute to IT projects and the user help desk, and act as the first contact for technical issues in Windows/network topics. IT security and data protection are treated as a given.

Responsibilities

• Install, run, and administer HPE/Aruba networks
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for standard and cloud applications (remote and on-site)
• Administer the full Windows Server and client environments
• Participate in IT projects and the user help desk; help optimize and develop IT and cloud infrastructure
• Ensure IT security and data protection compliance
• Be the first point of contact for technical problems in the Windows/network environment

Requirements

• Completed training as IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration (network technology focus) or equivalent
• Several years of experience as an IT administrator
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2019–2025, Windows 11 clients)
• Very good knowledge of HPE/Aruba networks (LAN/WLAN/VLANs/Routing)
• Structured, systematic, quality-conscious working style
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Very good German and IT technical English
