Description

You will manage integration of PNG with surrounding information systems and coordinate preparations for integrations related to a new library system (Alma/Primo). You will coordinate integration activities across internal teams, participating institutions, and external vendors, handling technical dependencies and identifying integration risks. You will collaborate with the PNG vendor (ExLibris) and internal IT (3rd line support), manage the incident ticketing system, and lead ongoing training for your team and methodological support for targeted groups’ understanding of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Integrate PNG with surrounding information systems

• Coordinate integration preparation for a new library system (Alma/Primo)

• Coordinate integration activities across internal teams, institutions, and external vendors

• Handle technical dependencies and identify integration risks

• Collaborate with the vendor (ExLibris) and internal IT (3rd line support)

• Manage an incident ticketing system

• Provide ongoing training for your team and methodological support to target groups

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical or related field

• Experience leading a team

• (Preferred) Experience as a Product Owner

• Ability to resolve technical IT system issues at a management level

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent Czech language proficiency (written and spoken) to understand technical texts connected to legal documents, standards, and regulations

• English proficiency (written and spoken) at least B2

• Independence and accountability
