Description

You will help manage and coordinate smaller IT projects, ensuring successful delivery through regular communication, KPI monitoring, and consistent project reporting. The position is largely administrative and supports your professional development toward independently leading larger projects for customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects delivered by smaller teams

• Coordinate projects across the full project lifecycle

• Communicate regularly with teams and clients to ensure successful delivery

• Track project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members

• Maintain project documentation and contribute to regular reporting

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments

Requirements

• Interest in IT project management and willingness to learn

• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies

• Microsoft technology knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Team spirit and willingness to learn new topics

• Czech language proficiency at native level

• English proficiency at least slightly advanced
