Description

Bridge business needs and the software development team and help build a professional, transparent, and predictable delivery process for internal software. You will map the current way of working, identify improvements, and then coordinate delivery end-to-end—from requirements and analysis through development, releases, and deployment. You will also continuously evolve team practices by adopting relevant trends, methodologies, tools, and AI-enabled delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Map current SW development and delivery practices; identify what works and improvement opportunities; design and implement a professional process for the full flow from requirements to release and deployment.
  • Develop team ways of working by monitoring delivery and AI trends, evaluating value, and introducing practical improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage developers within the IT Development team.
  • Request, prioritize, and verify completion of tasks based on business and project priorities.
  • Plan and manage system releases, including schedules, change scope, and deployment coordination.
  • Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements with requestors and project managers.
  • Produce business analyses, solution proposals, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate collaboration between frontend, backend, DevOps, IT Operations, and business teams.
  • Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timelines, quality, and system operations.
  • Coordinate testing of new versions, fixes, and changes prior to production rollout.
  • Communicate status of requirements, upcoming changes, and deployment dates with stakeholders and users.
  • Maintain records of tasks, changes, incidents, and releases in GitHub, JIRA, or other tools used.
  • Contribute to planning the roadmap for internal information system development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing software delivery, project management, and development-team coordination.
  • Ability to work across the full application lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment) and improve delivery predictability and transparency.
  • Ability to communicate and translate business needs into understandable IT assignments.
  • Strong prioritization, deadline management, and execution/ownership mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent requests and find practical solutions.
  • Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar tools for task and development management.
  • Advantage: experience with business analysis, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Advantage: orientation in .NET, databases, APIs, and integration solutions.
