Description

You will analyze and design solutions for assigned payroll and HR information system areas in OKbase. The work includes creating analytical documentation for programmers and test teams, describing business processes and user interfaces, and supporting development with oversight of implemented functionality and testing. You will also monitor legislative changes affecting the payroll scope and ensure third-party inputs are correct.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose solutions for assigned payroll agendas and HR information system areas

• Create analytical documentation as input for programmers and for testers

• Consult and align solution proposals with business stakeholders and the delivery team

• Describe business processes and the user interface (form structure/content, automatic checks, etc.)

• Review/validate inputs and third-party materials

• Support development (oversee developed functionality and related testing)

• Produce documentation for end users

• Track legislative changes related to the assigned payroll SW scope

Requirements

• Knowledge of payroll topics and labor-law legislation

• Experience as an analyst or consultant for HR/Payroll information systems

• Analytical thinking and systematic approach

• Ability to process customer requirements, propose solution variants, evaluate them, present solutions, and maintain context across large systems

• Independence, communication skills, responsibility, and reliability
