Description

You will be responsible for cartoning machines and processes, including error management. You will establish cartoning solutions for automated bottle packaging, ensure long-term compliance with new processes, and train functional roles in your area. You will also support new equipment projects (FAT, URS), drive continuous optimization (changes, CAPA, machine recipes), manage small projects, and coordinate with suppliers and customers. Finally, you will perform technical and process approval for packaging inserts and folded cartons.

Responsibilities

• Own cartoning machines and processes, including error management
• Set up cartoning solutions for automated bottle packaging
• Ensure long-term adherence to new processes and train functional positions in scope
• Support projects for new machine procurement, including FAT and creation of URS (user requirements specifications)
• Continuously optimize the area: implement changes, CAPA actions, maintain machine recipes, run small projects, and communicate with suppliers/customers on cartoning topics
• Provide technical and process approval for packaging materials (leaflets/usage information) and folded cartons

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree, ideally in automation engineering, mechanical engineering, or production technology
• Several years of experience in a production environment, particularly in automation
• Familiar with project management methods
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured working approach
• Team spirit and strong engagement
• Very good German and English proficiency in speech and writing
