Description

You will design UX/UI solutions in the Ferryt platform, focusing on understanding its capabilities and constraints while translating user and business needs into implementable interfaces. The role includes creating mockups and interactive prototypes, collaborating with developers and the business, and maintaining end-to-end consistency across the process. You will also contribute to creating and improving UX/UI standards within the project.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces in Ferryt 1.0 and 2.0

• Create sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Prepare specifications and materials for developers

• Collaborate with developers and business on design and implementation

• Test introduced changes

• Create and develop UX/UI standards in the project

• Lead workshops and project meetings

• Ensure consistency of solutions across the end-to-end process

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar UX/UI design role

• Practical knowledge of the Ferryt platform and its technical capabilities in banking projects

• Experience creating Ferryt screen mockups and interactive prototypes

• Ability to work across the full end-to-end process, identifying dependencies and inconsistencies

• Strong collaboration skills with developers and business stakeholders

• Ability to align user needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities

• Knowledge of User-Centered Design

• Comfort in a dynamic environment and openness to project changes
