Description

Join the Home Journey initiative, a large-scale transformation program to improve the end-to-end customer experience of buying a home across the Nordic countries. In a collaborative Agile environment, you will eliminate a major testing bottleneck by ensuring reliable, compliant, and readily available test data across multiple non-production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable test data assets
  • Develop automated test data provisioning solutions
  • Create self-service mechanisms enabling teams to access test data on demand
  • Implement and maintain data masking and anonymization processes
  • Ensure GDPR and internal data governance compliance
  • Create and maintain synthetic test datasets for various testing scenarios
  • Generate data for edge cases, negative tests, and business-realistic scenarios
  • Provision, refresh, and clone datasets across non-production environments
  • Support multiple teams performing parallel testing activities
  • Integrate test data solutions with test automation frameworks
  • Enable CI/CD-driven test data provisioning and automated regression testing
  • Monitor test data availability, usability, and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test data related issues and defects
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and data dependency mappings

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation, or related areas
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working with mainframe environments
  • Hands-on experience with test data generation, data masking/anonymization, and data cloning
  • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
  • Experience supporting automated testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience delivering in Agile environments
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
