Description

You will support and maintain the CSIRE central energy market information system. This is not traditional end-user service desk work: you will analyze system incidents, replicate problems, verify reports, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams. You will also verify environments after deployments and monitor regression tests.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze CSIRE-generated incidents
  • Reproduce tickets and verify errors before escalation
  • Identify the source of issues at the application, database, or infrastructure level
  • Collaborate with development, QA/testing, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents
  • Validate environments after deployments and monitor regression tests
  • Create and update operational procedures and documentation (KMDB/KEDB)
  • Participate in deployments, service windows, and maintenance activities
  • Work in a 24/7 shift model

Requirements

  • Experience in Application Support/Production Support/Application Operations/QA/QA Automation or L2 Engineering
  • Experience diagnosing production application problems
  • Ability to analyze incidents, reproduce issues, and perform structured technical diagnostics
  • Experience preparing and executing manual and automated tests (regression and deployment validation)
  • Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, PyTest)
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Bash)
  • Knowledge of incident management process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux (RHEL is a plus)
  • Ability to analyze logs and identify likely root cause across application/database/infrastructure
  • Practical SQL and database knowledge
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Polish: very good proficiency (minimum C1) and English: minimum B2
