Compensation & Working Model

  • Up to 22,500 PLN gross on an employment contract
  • Up to 27,000 PLN net on B2B
  • 100% remote work or office-based work in Cracow/Warsaw

Recruitment Process

  • Recruiter call — 30 minutes
  • Hiring manager call — 1 hour
  • Technical online interview — 1 hour
  • HR interview — 1 hour

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer cloud environments for operating the PLM Platform.
  • Work closely with DevOps, support, and development teams.
  • Work with cutting-edge cloud technology, preferably Azure.
  • Implement automation through CI/CD processes to continuously reduce toil for customer operations.
  • Introduce new technologies and deploy services across multiple cloud environments and regions.
  • Solve technical problems; guide internal and external teams; and continually improve systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, cloud activities, and costs.
  • Provide technical expertise and ownership for diagnosing and remediating security and privacy issues in Managed Services offerings, including internal and external technical communication.
  • Set up cross-region environments using automated or manual procedures.
  • Respond to customer support issues related to these environments.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and practices.
  • Participate in on-call shifts as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and containers, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Advanced networking knowledge, including load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP, with troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
  • Experience with monitoring systems and SLA tracking.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale production workloads.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
  • Additional languages are desirable.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
