• Compensation: 1600–1920 PLN net/day (depending on experience and competencies)

Description

Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of AI tools for software delivery teams, from needs analysis and configuration through integration into the SDLC. Build AI workflows and agents using Agentic SDLC practices (including prompt engineering and Spec-Driven Development), and support teams during early iterations. Use usage data to diagnose how teams work and recommend improvements, standardizing AI practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop AI tools in software delivery teams (needs analysis, configuration, SDLC integration)
• Run AI rollouts: prepare environments, configure tools, and support teams in initial iterations
• Build AI workflows and agents according to Agentic SDLC practices (prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development)
• Collaborate with IT teams on real tasks through technical sessions, pair-working, and consulting
• Diagnose ways of working based on tool-usage data and recommend improvements
• Unify AI practices across the software organization (standards, best practices, usage patterns)

Requirements

• Experience in software production (developer, analyst, tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related)
• Experience deploying AI tools in IT teams and integrating them into the production process
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile cross-functional team workflows
• Proficiency with AI tools for IT: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot
• Hands-on practice with Agentic SDLC: prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development, workflow and AI agent design
• Understanding of generative AI capabilities and limitations in software delivery teams
• Ability to identify IT team needs and translate them into concrete AI implementations
• Ability to analyze tool-usage data to diagnose working-method differences and unify practices
