Description

You will implement and integrate AI tools and solutions for IT development teams in a hands-on engineering role that blends AI, engineering, and consulting. Responsibilities include configuring and integrating AI tooling, building AI agents/workflows/skills/prompts, and defining standards while supporting teams in practical adoption. A key part of the role is knowledge transfer so teams can independently maintain and further develop the deployed AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and integrate AI tools in IT production teams’ environments

• Design and build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts supporting SDLC

• Integrate AI solutions with repositories, CI/CD, code review processes, and testing

• Configure, harden, monitor, and develop production AI solutions

• Create standards for AI usage and technical documentation

• Select and apply Agentic SDLC practices for different roles (developers, testers, analysts, DevOps)

• Collect business and technical needs and translate them into implementation initiatives and solution architecture

• Lead technical workshops and discovery

• Evaluate business value of AI solutions, optimize model usage costs, and measure rollout results

• Work hands-on with teams via pair/mob programming, code review, and joint design/implementation

• Transfer knowledge and gradually hand over ownership of deployed solutions

• Standardize AI usage practices and good practices across teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role (Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer or similar)

• Experience deploying AI tools to SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot or open-source models)

• Practical experience building AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts

• Experience integrating AI with repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing processes

• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and AI-supported software engineering practices

• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architectures

• Experience production deployment, configuration, hardening, security, and monitoring of AI solutions

• Ability to translate business and technical needs into concrete implementation initiatives

• Ability to assess AI business value, optimize model costs, and measure deployment effects

• Strong communication and consulting skills; comfortable working with technical teams, managers, and directors

• Experience with knowledge transfer (pair/mob programming, shared code reviews, real team tasks)

• Ability to create and unify standards for Agentic SDLC and AI usage
