Description

Design and implement agentic AI solutions across the entire software development lifecycle to support development, testing, and operational handover. You will build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts, integrating them with repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing processes. You’ll also translate business and technical needs into architecture and initiatives, while analyzing business value and optimizing model usage costs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions across the full software lifecycle

• Build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts; integrate them into the engineering environment

• Support developer, QA/testing, analytics, and DevOps teams in adopting Agentic SDLC practices

• Implement Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices

• Design solutions based on LLM, RAG, and agentic architectures

• Lead technical workshops and translate business/technical needs into concrete deployment initiatives

• Analyze the business value of AI solutions, optimize model costs, and measure outcomes

• Collaborate with technical teams and management leadership

• Support operational handover for teams adopting delivered solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer or similar)

• Practical experience working in production (software delivery) teams and strong knowledge of the full application lifecycle

• Experience designing and deploying SDLC solutions using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot or open-source models)

• Ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrate them into repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing

• Knowledge of LLM concepts, RAG, automation, and agent architecture

• Strong communication and consulting skills; ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business

• Ability to unify team practices and AI tool standards, and tailor Agentic SDLC practices to specific roles and tasks
