SSA, LSA Pega Developer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega applications through effective architecture design.
• Create and implement complex workflows, decision techniques, and interactions with external systems.
• Identify, build, and maintain common components.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.
• Interact with business stakeholders, product owners, and the QA team.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools.
• Support the scoping and sizing of Pega features.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• Project experience implementing Pega Infinity.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Hands-on Pega development experience in Constellation configuration; financial-sector experience is an asset.
• Experience designing architecture for large Pega solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
