Description

You will support AI development by implementing AI-SDLC tools and building agentic workflows, including multi-agent development support systems. The role includes integrating LLMs, running workshops, and sharing expertise—especially around AI safety and security. You’ll collaborate across software, embedded, data, and cloud-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-SDLC tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP, Copilot Extensions)
• Build agentic workflows and work with multi-agent development support systems
• Integrate LLM capabilities and related services
• Lead workshops and share knowledge with the team, including AI security best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of Java Developer experience
• 1+ year of LLM production experience
• Knowledge of agent architecture (ReAct, MCP, orchestration frameworks)
• Knowledge of Spring AI or LangChain4j
• Experience with LLM API, embeddings, and vector databases
• Knowledge of AI observability
• Experience with specification-driven development
• Higher education in computer science or related field (minimum engineering degree)
• Ability to lead workshops for a team
