Description

Senior AI Solutions Developer designing and building advanced AI solutions that enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis and planning through development, testing, and automation, with special emphasis on agentic AI and RAG-based architectures. You will streamline SDLC workflows by integrating models with applications, APIs, and DevOps tools, building agentic AI frameworks using context search, vectorization, and embeddings, and deploying AI features with Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to streamline SDLC workflows by integrating models with applications, APIs, and DevOps tools
• Build and optimize agentic AI frameworks, including context search, vectorization, and embedding technologies
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, resilient prototypes and technical specifications
• Conduct proof-of-concept experiments to validate hypotheses in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Integrate AI features within Azure AI Foundry and its ecosystem services for seamless deployment and operation
• Automate pipeline processes and support CI/CD practices for continuous delivery of AI-enhanced solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across multidisciplinary teams to embed AI-driven innovations into organizational workflows
• Stay current with advancements in AI, particularly agent-based architectures, to inform innovative development strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• Minimum 2 years with AI, machine learning, or data engineering
• Proven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services
• Practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including context search, vectorization, and knowledge base integration
• Solid programming background, preferably in Java or a similar language
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas, validate hypotheses, and operate in experimental R&D environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy in analysis, and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
