Description

You will take technical ownership of multiple client-facing projects in a hands-on role combining Java development, system architecture, and technical leadership. The job focuses on designing scalable backend systems, ensuring technical quality, and supporting successful project delivery through estimations and technical documentation. You’ll collaborate with delivery and business stakeholders while adapting to different client environments and technical stacks.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of multiple projects

• Design and architect end-to-end backend systems and solutions

• Supervise and ensure technical quality across projects

• Support project estimations (effort, budget, and cost calculations)

• Create and maintain technical designs and documentation

• Collaborate closely with delivery and business stakeholders

• Adapt to different client environments, expectations, and technical stacks

• Work on several projects simultaneously (multitasking)

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer

• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role

• Strong technical skills in Java and Spring Boot, plus soft skills

• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable systems

• Experience working in a software house / consultancy environment

• Very good understanding of backend architectures and development best practices

• Knowledge of modern infrastructure and deployment approaches

• English and Polish proficiency at least C1
