Description

You will take ownership of AWS-based infrastructure for a multi-account, multi-tenant SaaS environment managed with Terraform. You will improve scalability and self-service engineering workflows (documentation, runbooks, PR-based workflows) and enable AI engineering with AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, and sandbox accounts. You will also maintain CI/CD pipelines, strengthen monitoring/observability, and champion security, privacy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend AWS infrastructure managed via Terraform across multi-account, multi-tenant environments
• Improve SaaS infrastructure design, scalability, and self-service to reduce engineering blockers
• Enable AI teams with AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, and sandbox accounts while maintaining guardrails
• Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including OIDC to AWS
• Ensure high-quality Docker usage for local dev, testing pipelines, and deployments
• Manage operational identity and migrations using FusionAuth (SSO and Terraform operationalization)
• Improve monitoring and observability using Sentry and CloudWatch, including cross-account patterns for developers
• Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices aligned with ISO 27001 controls
• Support migration programs with AWS accounts, networking, DNS, and cutover work
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• 5–8 years of DevOps experience with strong AWS cloud infrastructure background (multi-account strongly preferred)
• AI-minded and comfortable supporting LLM/AI workloads on AWS (Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, inference observability and cost control)
• Proven Terraform (IaC) expertise and Git-based workflows
• Experience implementing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or comparable)
• Deep knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments
• Monitoring/observability experience (Sentry, CloudWatch, or equivalents)
• Experience operating SSO/identity for SaaS
• Hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programs (DNS, auth, data plane)
• Ability to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Located in the European Union
• Excellent English skills (B2+)
