Description

We are looking for an experienced VMware Aria Developer to design, develop, and enhance automation solutions within a modern enterprise infrastructure environment. The role focuses on building workflows, developing XaaS services, creating system integrations, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the VMware Aria platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using VMware Aria Automation and Aria Orchestrator

• Build and enhance XaaS (Anything-as-a-Service) offerings and reusable automation services

• Develop integrations with external applications, platforms, and enterprise systems

• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of the VMware Aria platform

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable automation solutions

• Create and maintain technical documentation and automation standards

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows and automation services

• Mentor and support less experienced developers through knowledge sharing and best practices

• Contribute to CI/CD and automation delivery processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and XaaS service development

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Aria Automation (formerly vRealize Automation) 8.x and Aria Orchestrator

• Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and/or JavaScript

• Solid understanding of YAML and JSON

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment processes

• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, and other Atlassian tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently based on technical requirements and documentation

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
