Description

Shape and deliver AI solution architectures for enterprise clients, from identifying high-impact use cases to taking AI initiatives into production. Provide technical leadership across Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, including data pipelines, training environments, integrations, and MLOps. Support AI strategy and roadmaps while ensuring security, ethical, and enterprise reliability requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Act as a go-to expert for AI-related topics across client engagements

• Lead end-to-end AI architecture design (pipelines, training environments, integrations, MLOps)

• Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and models

• Advise on make-vs-buy decisions for AI solutions

• Ensure compliance with security standards, ethical guidelines, and enterprise reliability

• Support product management and innovation teams with AI use cases delivering business value

• Contribute to AI strategy and roadmaps (ideation workshops, AI hackathons, architecture discussions)

• Provide technical leadership in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to deploy AI

• Monitor and improve AI systems using performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess business impact

• Drive knowledge sharing and AI adoption internally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Several years of proven experience with modern AI technologies (ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI)

• Experience with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience with AI cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, SAP AI

• Strong understanding of AI architecture design and implementation

• Experience with MLOps and production deployment of AI systems

• Industrial environment experience (e.g., predictive maintenance) is a plus

• AI agents and workflow automation experience is an advantage

• Experience building or contributing to AI Centers of Excellence or AI programs is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus

• Willingness to travel for onboarding and occasional workshops
