Description

Build, maintain, evaluate, and deploy AI agents and integrations for internal teams and customers. Design MCP servers, tools, and evaluation workflows, and work with GCP and Cloudflare to deliver AI-powered applications. Help teams adopt AI pragmatically by identifying real workflows where AI adds value.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents for internal and external use
• Evaluate and test AI agents and workflows
• Design and develop MCP servers, tools, integrations, and evaluation workflows
• Work with GCP and Cloudflare to build and run AI-powered applications
• Improve existing AI agents and experiment with new approaches
• Support teams in adopting AI tools and custom productivity solutions
• Identify workflows where AI can genuinely help
• Stay current with the evolving AI ecosystem through experimentation and research

Requirements

• Strong Python skills
• Solid software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with an AI agent SDK or framework (e.g., ADK, LangChain)
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Some experience with testing and evaluating AI-powered products
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Pragmatic mindset: build production-worthy systems, not just demos
