Description

You’ll support clients in creating business value through SAP- and AI-powered digital solutions, turning business requirements into intelligent, harmonized outcomes. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to gather functional requirements and create functional designs for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into intelligent, harmonized solutions that drive transformation and efficiency

• Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments

• Coordinate and manage Business & IT transformation programs with continuous innovation and data-driven improvement

• Gather functional requirements and prepare functional designs

• Contribute to testing, data migration, cutover management, and post go-live hyper-care as needed

• Work in multidisciplinary teams across locations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Tier 1 ERP implementation experience (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics), including one or more of: solution roadmap development, functional solution design (requirements gathering and configuration), testing/test coordination, project management, data migration, cutover management, post go-live hyper-care

• Fluent English (and preferably at least one other language)

• OR alternatively: minimum 3 years as a key user or end user in finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing, or human resources using Tier 1 ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics)

• Deep business process knowledge in at least one area: R2R, P2P, O2C, F2P, H2R (or related functional areas)

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions such as SAP Joule or other SAP Business AI capabilities integrated into S/4HANA (highly desirable)
