Description

Build, maintain, and continuously improve a web-based digital experience platform, including site maintenance, content/page updates, bug fixes, and enhancements. Design and develop responsive, accessible websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js, and deliver features end-to-end with testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs, integrate with backend APIs/CMS, and track product performance and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance a digital web experience platform (maintenance, updates, fixes, enhancements)
  • Develop responsive, accessible web applications and reusable UI components
  • Optimize front-end performance (page load speed, asset/image optimization, caching)
  • Collaborate with product managers on scalable technical solutions
  • Own features end-to-end: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
  • Integrate front-end code with APIs, content services, and CMS platforms
  • Improve performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser/device compatibility
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Contribute to product roadmap with high-value differentiating capabilities
  • Align with cross-functional teams (marketing, platform, delivery, analytics)
  • Create and maintain product knowledge base (documentation, training, roadmaps, feature inventories)
  • Support product launches, experimentation, and testing
  • Prototype and validate UI/UX concepts
  • Track and report on product performance and adoption/business impact
  • Drive product adoption via change management and user enablement
  • Identify continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • React.js for UI components and single-page applications
  • Node.js for server-side scripting, build tooling, and API integration
  • Hands-on experience building and/or maintaining production websites, including Git, responsive/cross-browser testing, and debugging
  • Product mindset with strong focus on user experience and business impact
  • At least 1 year of experience contributing to product planning or product management
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
