Description

You will own web analytics projects end-to-end—setting up measurement for websites and mobile apps, building advanced report visualizations, and using campaign data for advanced business decision-making.

The role includes consulting on analytics work for new clients and developing services for existing ones, while creating new analytics products. You’ll work with GTM, GA4, and Adobe Analytics, support A/B testing and heatmap analysis (Hotjar, Clarity), and apply modern approaches such as server-side tagging and predictive data modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Pass analytical know-how to the team and to clients

  • Create new analytics products to help clients advance their decision-making

  • Consult on analytics work for new clients and develop ongoing client analytics

  • Collaborate with internal media/client teams

  • Apply modern measurement approaches, including server-side tagging

  • Model and use data for prediction and forecasting

  • Work with GTM, GA4, and Adobe Analytics

  • Use ad platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Adform

  • Visualize data and build reports in Google Data Studio

  • Implement A/B testing platforms and work with heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity)

  • Perform CRO and monitor long-term results across different client types

  • Launch new client services in banking and e-commerce domains

  • Mentor junior team members and manage their capacity

Requirements

  • Prior experience with web analytics and the tools GTM, GA4, Google Data Studio, and Adobe Analytics

  • Advanced knowledge of performance campaign effectiveness (Meta, Google, Adform)

  • Ability to understand customer behavior on websites

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns/correlations in data

  • Prior experience in performance marketing (PPC), SEO, UX, or a related discipline (advantage)

  • Clear communication of conclusions and recommendations

  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to discuss and find the best solutions

  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to plan work; able to advise less experienced colleagues

  • Willingness to continuously learn, share skills, and follow industry trends
