Description

You will help turn commercial business needs into scalable solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities and practical tools that improve seller productivity and commercial execution. You will act as both business analyst and project manager—gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining reporting/metrics logic with Data & Analytics, and driving adoption through training and field activation materials. The work is highly cross-functional across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, Bid & Proposal Management, and regional commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic programs improving commercial growth, seller productivity, pipeline transparency, and client planning

• Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from commercial and cross-functional strategy leaders

• Translate business needs into scalable technology, reporting, and process solutions

• Explore AI-enabled approaches to automate manual work, strengthen insights, and improve workflows

• Partner with Data & Analytics to define metric frameworks, validate reporting logic, and create executive-ready insights

• Create user guides, playbooks, training materials, communications, and field activation plans to drive adoption

• Facilitate working sessions, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and drive decisions
