Description

The Production Analyst supports the Debt & Structured Finance production team in originating, underwriting, structuring, marketing, and executing commercial real estate debt and structured capital assignments. The role provides analytical, transaction, and market support across a range of capital stack solutions and helps produce clear, market-ready financing recommendations and capital placement materials.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain underwriting packages (rent rolls, operating statements, borrower financials, debt sizing, valuation support, sources and uses, capitalization structures, sensitivity analyses)

  • Evaluate financing strategies across multiple product types (senior debt, agency lending, life company, bank, CMBS, construction, bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity, joint venture equity)

  • Create and update lender/investor marketing materials (financing memoranda, executive summaries, lender packages, pitch materials, transaction overviews, capital stack summaries, closing/case-study support)

  • Support deal marketing and capital placement (due diligence organization, tracking outreach, process timelines, comparing quotes, summarizing feedback, supporting recommendations)

  • Research and summarize market conditions, lender appetite, investor mandates, financing terms, comparable transactions, and capital markets trends

  • Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, investors, and internal/third-party teams to maintain transaction momentum from sizing through closing

  • Review and organize due diligence documentation (appraisals, environmental reports, property condition reports, leases, title info, surveys, insurance, financial statements, entity documents, and other materials)

  • Maintain deal files and pipeline resources with accurate, timely updates (notes, checklists, marketing lists, comparable financing databases)

  • Support team initiatives including market intelligence and business development tracking

  • Participate in meetings/calls; capture notes, action items, next steps, and follow-up responsibilities
