Description

You will support day-to-day demand planning, forecast accuracy, data integrity, and APS readiness within a global demand planning stabilization program. The role includes managing forecast inputs and parameters, investigating forecast outliers, supporting S&OP activities, and working with suppliers and global teams to improve supply of critical raw materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product portfolios and support end-to-end demand planning

  • Create, upload, maintain, and adjust demand forecasts

  • Manage forecast parameters and support FDO (open sales order) forecasting activities

  • Compare statistical forecasts with machine learning forecasts and other demand signals

  • Maintain and cleanse demand planning master data (including CVCs and Demand Planning IDs)

  • Support EDI mapping and validate planning drivers and assumptions

  • Support PIPO and NPI activities

  • Perform forecast outlier analysis and investigate exceptions

  • Monitor ASP changes and assess impact on demand

  • Support weekly/monthly demand reviews, post-dated order checks, and operational planning activities

  • Provide planning data and reporting support across demand, orders, inventory, and financial processes

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  • Manage global non-working inventory process, including item identification and disposition plan tracking

  • Optimize supply of critical raw materials with global teams and suppliers

  • Provide ad hoc planning analysis for local business teams and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning

  • Strong understanding of the operational demand planning cycle

  • Experience with complex product portfolios (manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, technology, or consumer goods)

  • Hands-on experience with SAP APO-DP (mandatory)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across international teams
