Description

Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, operating system security, and data/AI security. Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles, while overseeing managed security service providers (SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance). Drive IAM/PAM/IGA solutions for identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access, and lead enterprise security reviews and vulnerability remediation tracking.

• Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, operating system security, and data/AI security

• Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles

• Oversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance

• Drive IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions supporting identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access

• Establish enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking

• Develop security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, and OT environments

• Lead the enterprise Security Review Process for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes

• Partner with stakeholders to align security architecture with business objectives

• Communicate cybersecurity program status, initiatives, and risks to senior leadership

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related experience

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams or providers

• Expertise across multiple security domains including IAM/PAM/IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security

• Experience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks

• Experience leading security architecture reviews or risk assessments

• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS security principles

• Proven vendor management experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
