Description

The Senior Technical Product Manager drives execution and delivery of strategic product initiatives for the Xumo Play streaming experience. You will translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements and roadmap priorities, working closely with engineering, UX, QA, and data to deliver high-quality features on schedule. The role also coordinates with Comcast partners to align on shared platform initiatives such as authentication, identity management, child safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle and prioritize roadmap investments.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify product opportunities.
  • Plan and execute product enhancements for content discovery, personalization, user accounts, profiles, and other customer-facing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and data teams to deliver features on schedule.
  • Partner with platform organizations to align on user accounts, authentication, profiles, child safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate product opportunities, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Xumo and Comcast to drive execution and successful delivery.
  • Use customer insights and product analytics to contribute to planning and roadmap execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing consumer-facing digital products
  • Experience developing Connected TV (CTV), streaming media, or OTT platforms
  • Experience with iOS and/or Android mobile app product development
  • Experience with user identity, authentication, profiles, privacy, or account management
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, search, or content discovery
  • Experience collaborating across large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of coursework and experience)
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
