Description

Network Architect supporting a global team with a focus on strategic network design and governance. You will re-evaluate the landing zone concept, implement virtual microsegmentation and Wi‑Fi management on Juniper, and define network and switching standards including VLAN parameters and configuration templates. You will also coordinate SmartNet processes, support site onboarding and implementation of network standards, and propose cybersecurity remediation based on network assessment results.

Responsibilities

• Re-evaluate the landing zone concept, virtual microsegmentation, and Wi‑Fi solutions on Juniper

• Define VLAN parameters

• Create switch configuration templates according to industry recommendations and specific standards

• Coordinate SmartNet processes, maintain warranty evidence, onboard new switches, and manage full lifecycle management

• Support implementation of MINT standards at manufacturing sites and answer local technical questions

• Review network assessment outputs and design corrective actions related to cybersecurity

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise networks

• Preferred: valid CCNP certification; acceptable alternative: equivalent vendor certification/knowledge (e.g., Juniper JNCIP)

• Strong background in switching, routing, microsegmentation, and security

• Fluent English communication for a global team

• (Advantage) Familiarity with TOGAF and/or ability to visualize in ArchiMate
