Description

Support the planning, design, and implementation of AML/CFT solutions. You will help create internal security standards, perform AML/CFT risk assessments for new products and high-risk client cases, and support client verification and risk-score updates. You will also contribute to projects implementing new AML/CFT regulations, including progress reporting, risk identification, and supervision/acceptance of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop security standards for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, including drafting internal regulatory projects and supervising their implementation and operation
• Assess new products and services to determine AML/CFT risk levels
• Analyze cases of clients with elevated AML/CFT risk
• Verify clients regarding: PEP status, implementation of asset-freezing rules, and transactions with high-risk countries
• Update customer risk assessments for AML/CFT
• Support projects related to implementing new AML/CFT regulations, including:
  • Report project progress to related project managers and the Steering Committee
  • Identify risks and resolve key issues arising during project work with related project managers
  • Supervise implementation and acceptance of project products, such as detailed project schedule, communications plan, trainings plan, implementation plan, and production go-live criteria

Requirements

• Knowledge of current AML/CFT legal regulations
• Ability to analyze regulations and develop guidelines for translating business requirements in the AML/CFT area
