Description

Lead AI strategy development and AI delivery in a hybrid environment. Manage AI teams and coordinate supplier-provided resources, while driving backlog prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Demonstrate the value of AI projects using business cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage AI delivery and coordinate resources effectively

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the AI teams

• Drive project pipeline/backlog prioritization

• Engage with stakeholders and execute governance strategies

• Demonstrate the value of AI projects based on business cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

• Experience managing AI delivery

• Expertise in developing and implementing AI strategies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot

• Background in the Utilities or Energy sector

• Ability to work with stakeholders and governance structures
