Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack functionalities for business-critical systems. The work spans backend development in Java with Spring and Hibernate, frontend development in JavaScript, and database work in SQL—optimizing queries and data structures. You will own technical decisions, quality, performance, and data integrity while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features
• Build and evolve backend services using Java/Spring/Hibernate
• Develop and improve frontend interfaces using JavaScript
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures
• Analyze and enhance existing IT systems
• Ensure compatibility with existing solutions during development
• Make technical decisions and participate in architectural decisions
• Work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
• Perform code review and share knowledge within the team
• Maintain software quality, performance, and data integrity
• Support solutions running in cloud and container environments
• Create and update technical documentation

Requirements

• Higher education (Master’s/Bachelor’s/secondary enabling studies) with substantial IT experience (per criteria)
• Minimum experience: Java 7 years, Spring 4 years, Hibernate 4 years, JavaScript 16 years, SQL 16 years
• At least 6 months of experience with IT systems in the agricultural sector
• Full-Stack design and development experience
• Knowledge of testing principles, code review, and good programming practices
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (mandatory)
