Description

In a cross-functional Dev Team, you will develop and continuously improve mission-critical business software and internal sales applications. The role covers end-to-end delivery, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and web frontends, in close collaboration with users and business departments. You will also integrate modern AI concepts such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agents, supported by AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-critical business software and internal sales applications

• Own end-to-end development for sales/trading applications

• Implement modern RESTful APIs, microservices, and web frontends

• Integrate AI concepts including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agents

• Work directly with users and business teams to build practical solutions and incorporate feedback

• Use AI-assisted development tools and workflows such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code

Requirements

• Knowledge of Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and JUnit

• Experience with REST-based distributed systems

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Ideally experience with a frontend framework such as Angular or React

• Product thinking with a focus on sustainable, user-centered, successful software

• Study in (Business) Informatics or IT training (preferred)

• Experience with enterprise software development or sales processes (preferred)

• Kotlin or other JVM languages (preferred)
