As a Senior Backend Developer – .NET and Go Technologies, you will work on a pioneering project within a major financial institution that is transforming application telemetry analytics through cutting-edge architecture and AI integration. Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance REST APIs using .NET 6+ and Go (Golang).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for a greenfield telemetry platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate AI/agentic approaches and chatbot capabilities into the platform.
• Work within a hybrid team environment (6 days/month in the office).
• Implement scalable solutions for high-volume, distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure best practices.
• Continually enhance technical skills by working on emerging AI tools and backend technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in REST API design and implementation.
• Proficiency with .NET 6+.
• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, chatbots, and agentic approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customers.
• AI-ready mindset and experience applying AI tooling to solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-performance, high-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of product telemetry or observability platforms.
• Background working in startup-like environments within large enterprises.

Language

• Communicative command of English.
