Description

Design and maintain internal developer platforms that enable self-service deployment and management of applications. Build standardized tools, frameworks, and libraries to streamline workflows across teams, and integrate AI-enabled platform capabilities such as GenAI, autonomous agents, and AIOps to improve developer productivity and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal platforms for self-service deployment and management

• Build standardized tools, frameworks, and libraries to streamline team workflows

• Lead platform adoption of GenAI, AI agents, and AIOps

• Integrate development tools and services within the platform ecosystem

• Improve developer experience via documentation, training, and platform support

• Ensure platform high availability, reliability, and performance

• Use DORA metrics to assess and improve software delivery and operations

• Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities

• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for application support

• Provide technical guidance to resolve platform-related issues and improve system health

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering or related roles

• Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep) and GitOps tools (Flux or Argo CD)

• Familiarity with cloud resource management tools (Crossplane, Pulumi, AWS Controllers for Kubernetes)

• Experience with internal developer platforms (Backstage, Humanitec, or OpsLevel)

• Knowledge of high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems, and hybrid cloud environments

• Scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python

• Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex system and application issues

• Proficient English communication skills
