Description

You will lead engineering efforts to develop and implement innovative analytical solutions and cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid data frameworks, connecting technology, business, and AI to deliver successful outcomes. The work spans diverse client domains (e.g., financial, healthcare, insurance) and a wide range of modern market technologies and open-source ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Build Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Partner with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within other functional groups
• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Actively participate in code review and ensure test solutions meet best-practice specifications
• Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture; mentor team members and provide tools and motivation
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with data software engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions clearly in a business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (B2+)
