Description

You’ll analyze data related to store stocking, assortment availability, and product allocation processes to support better retail decisions. The role blends SQL-based analysis with KPI understanding, data quality validation, and clear communication of recommendations. You’ll also build and maintain Power BI dashboards and use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve analysis quality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze store stocking, assortment availability, and product allocation processes
  • Translate analysis results into concrete recommendations for effective inventory management
  • Create advanced analyses and explore data using SQL
  • Build, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Monitor allocation process effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Verify data quality, metrics, and algorithms before sharing with business users
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and implement analytics solutions
  • Use AI tools to automate recurring tasks, shorten analysis time, and improve quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience preparing complex data analyses
  • Practical Power BI experience (reports and dashboards)
  • Hands-on experience with DAX and Power Query, plus data modeling
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Ability to interpret business KPIs, understand KPI dependencies, and formulate accurate conclusions and recommendations
  • Practical knowledge of statistics used in data analysis
  • Experience validating data quality, defining test scenarios, and validating results
  • Ability to communicate conclusions clearly, including to non-technical audiences
  • Independence, responsibility, good work organization, and continuous development mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Practical AI tool experience that results in measurable time savings or quality improvements
