Description

You will analyze and design solutions supporting payment card servicing processes, with a focus on electronic channels and integrations with card management systems (CMS). The scope includes processes such as blocking and resuming cards, changing limits, and other operations across the card lifecycle. You will also ensure the proposed solutions meet security and compliance requirements, especially PCI DSS, and support the bank’s activities around card-solution selection and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes related to payment card servicing

• Design and specify card lifecycle solutions for electronic channels

• Assess and analyze integrations between bank systems and card systems (e.g., Way4 or equivalent)

• Prepare requirements, assumptions, and risk analyses for solution selection

• Support the bank during RfP activities and implementation of card solutions

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least B2+)

• 7+ years of commercial IT experience

• Payment card domain experience, including process design/analysis for electronic channels

• Experience working with Cards Management System; Way4 knowledge is a strong advantage

• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS

• Knowledge of compliance and security requirements related to payment cards

• Experience preparing RfPs and documenting requirements, assumptions, and risks
